Fry your onions til golden brown.

Add the garlic, carrots, green pepper and salt mix and let them cook for a few minutes.

Add peas and the royco cubes.

Put the rice and water and let it cook on medium flame til it's almost dried up then cover and lower the flame til the rice is fully cooked.

Enjoy with some steamed cabbage.
