Lunchbox Treasure! Chicken Breast with Mayonnaise Dressing

I tried dressing chicken breast meat, which we always seem to have, with my family's sweet mayonnaise dressing that we usually reserve for prawns.
Make sure that the meat has cooled before applying the dressing, or the dressing will melt!
This dressing is quite sweet so feel free to adjust the amount of sugar used.
Plenty of pepper will help give the dressing a bit of a kick.

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces (like nuggets) and marinate in a mixture of 4 parts cooking sake to 1 part soy sauce.

Coat the chicken with katakuriko and cook in a frying pan with a generous amount of oil until browned on both sides.

Combine the ingredients marked with ★.

Once the chicken has cooled, dress with the mayonnaise mixture. Don't add the dressing into the pan, apply it on a separate plate. If you want to give your dressing a Chinese-style flavour, add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil.
