This is a recipe that I took from Taste of Home Recipes and made it more "diet friendly".
Steps

Preheat oven to 350°F Fahrenheit

Mix wet ingredients into one bowl.

Mix all dry ingredients into another bowl.

Add the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until it is all folded together and lumpy.

Spray 8 X 8 inch pan with cooking spray and pour mixture into pan.

Cook at 350°F Fahrenheit for 20-22 minutes or until done.

When cooled, cut brownies into 3/4 inch pieces.

In a large bowl whisk milk and putting pictures for 2 minutes (the mixture will be thick).

Add peanut butter flavoring and vanilla. Mix well.

Fold in one and a half cartons of the whip topping

Place a third of the brownies in a 5 quart glass bowl.

Spoon a third of the pudding mixture over the top. Repeat layers twice.

Cover with remaining whipped topping; refrigerate until chilled.
