Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupbutter or extra virgin olive oil
  2. 1 cupwhole wheat ritz crackers
  3. 1/4 cupshredded parmesan cheese (opt.)
  4. 1/2 tspdried oregano
  5. 1/2 tspdried basil
  6. 1/2 tspsalt
  7. 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  8. 1to 1 1/2lbs walleye fillets

Steps

  1. 1

    Crush crackers and place in flat container.

  2. 2

    Add season & Parmesan to cracker crumbs & mix

  3. 3

    In a clean container, coat walleye with oil.

  4. 4

    Press walleye into cracker crumbs on both sides.

  5. 5

    Place on wire rack in a shallow pan.

  6. 6

    Place in oven for 30 min. at 350°F until flakes apart.
