500 gminced beef
Beef kofta curry (meat balls)
1Onion chopped
3garlic cloves chopped
2green chilli chopped
Green coriander chopped
9mint leaves chopped
1/2red capsicum chopped
1bread slice chopped for softness
1 tbspsalt
1 tspcumin powder
Pinchajwain
1 tspcoriander powder
Pinchgaram masala

Mix all ingredients together in minced.

Add all dry spices then mix it well.

Now add chopped bread in it..mix it up and make small balls for kofta.
After that keep in freezer you can use it any time. When needed.
