3Chinese spoon Flour
2Chinese spoon starch
1egg
Marinade
2.5Chinese spoon Soy sauce
1.5Chinese spoon 料酒
1.5sesame oil
0.5 tbspminced garlic
1 tbspground ginger

Mix chicken tenders and "marinade" in a ziploc bag, set aside for at least 20 min

Add egg, flour, starch and rub
3

Fry with medium heat oil for 5 min then increase to max heat until brown
