Melt ghee and freeze it for 15 to 20 minute

Jub freeze o jay tou isko beat kary till change creamy form

Then add sugar powder and again beat it and texture will change

Add dry ingredient (flour +dry milk +b. P + c.p) and mix it well add chopped 130 gm almond in it. Mix it well

Keep this mixture in fridge for 10 minute then make khatai of it..
brush it with egg also keep almonds on it and bake for 25 minute on 180 temperature
