Peel and chop carrots and potatoes to bigger cubes. Add olive oil, salt, pepper and dried rosemary and mix it well. Put 1-2 tbsp of butter at the top and bake at 200°C for 25 minutes (or until soft).

Meanwhile season the salmon with salt and pepper and drizzle with a few drops of lemon. Cook it on the pan with 1 tbsp of butter.

When cooked, remove the salmon from the pan and add there honey, juice of 1/2 lemon, 1-2 tbsp of butter and cooking cream. Cook until creamy consistency, about 1-2 minutes. Serve and enjoy 😋
