Firstly soak black gram/urad dal for 4hours, drain the water grind to a smooth paste, without adding water, add salt as required,add crushed pepper corns and chopped fresh coconut, mix well and drop a small size of balls in hot oil deep fry them.take out and put them in warm water squeeze them gently and keep aside

Take beaten curd add salt and sugar mix well.drop vadas in to the curd mixture to get soaked.take out arrange them in serving plate pour left over curd on top of it.

Garnish with some coriander leaves, chilli flakes or according to your taste and it's ready to be served...!!
