Ingredients

15 minutes
4 servings
  • 4 bread slices
  • 1 cup thick curd
  • 1 bowl Tamarind chutney
  • 1 tsp Roasted cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tspRed chili powder
  • 1/4 tspblack salt
  • as per needCoriander leaf for garnish
  • As per taste Salt
  • as required Water

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Take 4 bread and cut the edge out of the bread

  2. 2

    Take a bowl and add 1 cup water, 2 pinch salt and mix well and Soak the bread in water and squeeze the water out and mash. and Shape them into vadas

  3. 3

    In a serving vessel, arrange the bread vadas

  4. 4

    Prepare special dahi vada masala 1 tsp Roasted cumin powder, ¼ salt ¼ tsp black salt, ½ Red chili powderand mix well and keep aside
    • Add pour the thick curd over the vadas and add tamarind chutney on vada

  5. 5

    Garnish with coriander leaf.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle special dahi vada masala on top of this and serve.
