Ingredients

  • 3Potatoes
  • 1/4 cupOnion
  • 1/4 cupCapsicum
  • 1/4 cupCarrot
  • 1 tbsp Coriander
  • 2Green chillies
  • 1 tbsp Mint leaves
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspRed chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tspCumin powder
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Seasme seeds as required
  • Bread as required
  • Cheese as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil potatoes.mash and add the ingredients.

    Mix well and keep aside.

    Now take a slice of bread and spread potato mixture over it.add cheese

    In a heating pan set all the slices.cover and cook until cheese melts. serve and enjoy
