Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 1/2Microwaved Herb Chicken Rolls
  2. 1Tomato
  3. 1if you have it Baby leaf lettuce
  4. A
  5. 1 tbspMarinating liquid from the "Microwaved Herb Chicken Rolls"
  6. 2 tbspKetchup
  7. 1 tspCoarsely ground black pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Remove the stems of the tomatoes and cut into tenths.

  2. 2

    Cut the "Microwaved Herb Chicken Rolls" into 1 cm thick slices.

  3. 3

    Arrange in a 25 cm diameter heatproof dish, spread tomatoes on top, and pour [A] on top.

    Wrap lightly and microwave at 600 W for 6 minutes.

    Remove the wrap and use a spoon to flip the ingredients over a few times to coat.
