Ingredients

  • 1gobhi florets
  • 11/2grated turmeric
  • 1 tspRed chili powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala powder
  • 1 tspsaunf powder
  • 1 tspkasoori methi
  • 1 tbspfresh cream
  • 2 tbspmustard oil
  • as per requirementSalt

Steps

20 min.
  1. 1

    Wash gobhi florets.Heat oil in a kadai add gobhi florets.

    Then add raw n grated turmeric+ all ingredients except fresh cream mix well cover n cook.Check in between.

    When cooked pour half tbsp of fresh cream saute n off the flame.

    Now transfer to a serving dish garnish with cream n dhania patti and serve.
