Combine cake flour, brown sugar, white sugar, ground cinnamon, baking powder and salt in a microwavable mug.

Add the chopped peacan nuts, grated carrots vanilla essence and milk to the mixture and mix well.

Place in microwave and microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes, until the mixture has risen and doesn't look wet anymore.

Pour the cream into a jar and shake until stiff. Garnish mug cake with whipped cream and chopped peacans.
