I have made many chillas but thought of making something new innovative and healthy one pot meal so tried this recipe.

Grind 4-hrs soaked moong dal into coarsely form adding salt green chilli needed water and in last round add saunf in mixer grinder. Transfer in a bowl and add chopped methi mix well and keep aside. Mix Stuffing ingredients mentioned above in a bowl.

Heat tawa on medium flame pour batter and spread in roundshape little thicker than dosa spread stuffing all over spreader chilla & press gently with spatula and pour ghee outer sideof chilla. Again spread little batter on Stuffing and flip the chilla again apply ghee and cook both the sides crispy and golden brown in colour.

Serve ready Healthy stuffed moong dal methi chilla cut with pizza cutter and enjoy when it is hot with 🍅 ketchup or as it is also very Tasty.
