Restaurant Style Chilli Chicken

Take 200gm chicken pieces and marinate with 1 tsp red chili powder,1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, salt as per taste,1 tsp Soya sauce and 1/2 lemon juice.

Add 2 tbsp cornflour,1 tbsp rice flour and 1 egg(white part).

Mix All and keep it for 10 mins.

Take a pan and heat the oil.Put the marrinated chicken pieces one by one.

Remove the fried chicken pieces when it becomes golden brown in colour.

Take a pan and add little bit of oil and put chopped garlic.

Add 1 chopped dice onion, slices green chillies and bell pepper and fry lightly.

Add 1/2 cup of Tomato sauce and 1 tsp Soya sauce.

Add 1/2 cup water and take 1 tsp cornflour and water, make a batter.put it in the gravy for making thick.

Add more water if needed. Then put fried chicken pieces and cook it for 2 mins.

Add salt if needed.Serve it with fried rice/geera rice/roti etc.
