Take a bowl. Add suji, rice flour, and besan and mix well.

Now add all other ingredients. (coriander, curry leaves, asafoetida, salt, sugar, cumin, ginger, chilli, onion, black pepper) and mix well.

Now slowly slowly add water and whisk the mixture. Add around 2 or 2 and half cup of water and rest the mixture for 10-15 minutes. After 15 mins. check the mixture and add 1 cup more water. Batter should be in a liquid form.

Spread the batter on a hot tawa and cook for a min on a high flame. Apply some ghee or butter on the dosa and cook on a medium gas for another 3-4 mins or till it becomes crispy.

Remove the dosa from the tawa. Serve hot crisp dosa with chutney n sambar.
