Ingredients

  1. 2drum sticks
  2. 2medium size onion
  3. As neededRipe tomatoes
  4. 2Green chilli
  5. 1 pinchpeice of ginger
  6. as per tasteSalt
  7. 1/2 tbspturmeric powder
  8. 1 tbspCoriander Powder
  9. as requiredOil
  10. as requiredFresh coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Rinse with water peel and cut drum sticks in peices

  2. 2

    Peel and chopped onion

  3. 3

    In a pan heat 2 tbsp oil and add chopped onion saute oil till onions are light brown and soft

  4. 4

    Add chopped tomatoes, chopped chillies and ginger mix well and cook on medium flame till tomato is cooked

  5. 5

    Add drum sticks, salt,spices and cook on high flame gently mixing everything

  6. 6

    Now add water 1 cup of water and fresh coriander leaves and cook on low flame covering a pan with lid cook till the drum sticks are tender and done

  7. 7

    Adjust the consistency of the gravy it is almost dry dish with little of gravy
