This tomato chutney is rich and delicious. You can serve it with poori, paratha, sode dish aur even pakode.
Steps

Firstly peel off the tomatoes and finely chop them and green chillis.

In a pan heat oil and add all the spices and roast them.

Now add tomatoes and mix well. Cover the lidand cook for 5 minutes.

Now add chopped cashews and raisins and mix well.

Add sugar and salt and mix well.Cook for 2 minutes.

Turn off the gas, add green coriander amd mix. Ready to serve.
