Ingredients

3 people
  1. Mascarpone layer
  2. 250gr mascarpone cheese
  3. 80 grpowdered erythritol
  4. 240 mldouble cream
  5. 1 teaspoonvanilla essence
  6. Keto sponge cake - see
  7. Keto chocolate pudding - see
  8. 1 cupinstant coffee, sweetened with Mocha skinny syrup
  9. Cocoa nibs for decorating

Cooking Instructions

    Mascarpone layer - mix all ingredients together with and electric mixer until well combined.

  2. 2

    Start layering everything in a cup. First have a layer of keto sponge cake, with a brush use the coffee syrup to moisiture the cake.

  3. 3

    Add a layer of mascarpone cheese then one of chocolate pudding. Another sponge cake layer, next coffee and mascarpone cream.

    Sprinkle with cocoa nibs. Refrigerate for at least 2h. Enjoy!
