    For lacha prantha

    Take a ball size of wheat dough roll it flat.

  3. 3

    Spread some ghee and masala and fold in zig zag way. Press lightly. And form a snail shape.

    Roll it gently spread some water on a side and put this side on hot tawa.

  5. 5

    When bubble appear cook directly on flame or you can cook only on tawa. Wait for some brownish colour.

    Spread some ghee and crush it layers will formed. Served with any gravy.
