Steps

Heat ghee into the pressure cooker and little roast dry fruits and keep aside.

Futher roast broken wheat and add water. And until broken wheat completely cook.

Futher add milk and simmer for 5 minutes.

Now turn off the stove, keep little cool. Futher add grated jaggery mix it well.(if add jaggery in hot daliya, milk becomes curdle.)

Now add roast dry and crushed dry fruits.

Ready healthy gur ka daliya for serve and garnishing with some dry fruits.
