For preparing dough : Firstly, take a big vessel and place whole wheat flour, melted ghee. Mix all the ingredients well with using your hands until it turns crumbly.

Add water little by little and bind the hard dough.

For rolling thick roti : Do two small portions of the dough. and give a circle shape like, ball. and gently press it from middle of the dough. Now roll a thick roti from it.

Do repeat the same thing for rolling another roties.

For roasting the hard roti : heat the tawa and put one by one roti on tawa. It takes time to roast perfectly. You have to gently press from both the side. And once it turns golden brown or appearing golden brown bubble from both the side, it means roti is ready.

Further, Keep aside for sometime to come in room temprature. Once it is cool then do small pieces of thick roti. And take a mixture blender add the small pieces of roti and blend it coarsly.

Now, blend dry fruits like almonds and pistachios and make a powder form of it.

For roasting churma : Take a pan and add ghee, cardamom powder. Next add coarsely crushed churma and mix well.

Now add one more tablespoon ghee and combine well for 2-3 minutes. And add almond & pistachios powder and stir well.

Nextly, add dry coconut powder and after 2 minutes turn off the flame of gas. And following 2-3 minutes add powdered sugar in churma and mix well.

Now churma is ready. Garnish it with dry fruits. Churma is the traditional sweet of Rajsthan.it is served along with dal bati.
