In a bowl add gram flour, semolina, sugar, ghee and cardamom powder. Mix it well and make a smooth dough.

Keep it covered for about 15 minutes in the refrigerator.

Shape into small sized balls out of it and give it any shape of your choice. Put almond sliced and arrange on a baking tray lined with butter paper.

Preheat oven and bake on 180°c for 20-25 minutes.

Let them come to the room temperature. Store it in an airtight container and enjoy.
