Cooking Instructions

Soak moong dal overnight.keep for 6 to 8 hours.

Crush moong dal in mixie.Make a smooth paste.Beat nicely,till fluffy.Add salt to taste,hing powder 2 pinch,add 2 pinches of ajwain crushing it in hand.Add 1/4 tsp baking powder.Add warm oil 2 tsp for extra softness.Soaked cashews and raisins in water for an hour.

For healthy and less oil Dahi vade.Heat Appam Patra,add groundnut oil,add spoonfuls of moong dal paste in cavities.Add soaked raisins and cashews in all dahi bhallas in between and add batter on top.Cook till light golden on one side and flip over.Cook nicely on both sides.

Cook nicely on both sides.When golden brown on both sides.Remove in a bowl.Add dahi bhalle in hot water.Squeeze it,add dahi bhalla in cold water.Squeeze them and keep aside.

Whip homemade thick curds,add black salt,zeera powder,add kashmiri chilli powder,I did not add.

Peel pomegranates,remove seeds for garnishing.Make ginger juliennes for garnish,Carrot juliennes for garnishing on top.

Soaked cashewnuts and raisins picture.

To assemble add Dahi bhalle in beaten curds, add zeera powder,black salt on top.Add imli gur chutney on top.You can add green mint coriander chutney too.Add pomegranate pearls scattered for rich taste.Add ginger juliennes scattered everywhere,add carrot juliennes everywhere.Serve it now.

Add chopped green coriander on top.
