Broccoli Raisin Slawlad

A less gloopygloppy version of that broccoli raisin salad that so many of us love.
You can certainly add crispy bacon bits or Bacos if you like because I totally get that everyone thinks bacon makes everything better. ;)
This makes 3 to 4 servings and is easily doubled. On the day I took this pic, I added a handful of julienned carrot, too.

Steps
- 1
In a large bowl, toss the broccoli and onions with the kosher salt and let stand for 10 to 15 minutes. This will give the broccoli time to get seasoned through and to get a slaw-like crunch.
- 2
Add the rest of the ingredients into the bowl and toss thoroughly to combine.
- 3
Let stand for 15 minutes or so before serving to let all the flavors meld and absorb.
- 4
Enjoy! :)
