Steam the Matzoh, break ur eggs add some chopped onion, cucumber and add some Maggi then whisk it

Put oil in a deep fryer, put it on medium heat, put the Matzoh in the whisk egg, then put it in the hot oil, leave it till golden brown, turn the other side too... Enjoy with some yaji
