Lemon Winter Melon Tea Lemon Winter Melon Tea
Winter melon tea has been enjoyed in Taiwan for over a hundred years and, along with sugarcane juice and herbal tea, is considered one of Taiwan’s three classic traditional iced drinks. After simmering winter melon block made with natural farming methods, chilling it, and adding fresh lemon juice, the lemon balances the sweetness and brings out the rich flavor of the winter melon tea. It’s truly the best drink for summer—no wonder it’s been popular for a century. Highly recommended! FloraTranslated from Cookpad Taiwan -
