Steps

Perboil potatoes before cooking.
Pour Oil in pan. Put the potatoes for frying. - 2
Boil soya chunks in water for 5-7 minutes. Drain out the water. Pour cold water in the same. Squeeze each chunk and take out.

After frying potatoes for 2-3 minutes, put the soya chunks and peas for frying.

Chop Tomato into slices. Put it in blender. Put the coconut slices and ginger as well. Make paste.

Once potatoes and soya chunks turns golden, put the paste. Lower the flame and mix Everything. Cook for few minutes.

Take curd in a bowl. Add 1 tsp Coriander Powder and put the paste in pan. Mix carefully.

Cook till raw smell of masala goes away. Add water. Cook in High flame till water starts boiling. Let the water absorb the flavour.
