Allhamdulillah we rarely buy dairy products from the market.always make yoghurt at home with milk which we get from our own dairy.Store-bought yogurt may be convenient but it can't compare to the mild creaminess of homemade. The good news is that making yogurt is incredibly easy—as long as you keep your tools clean and don't jiggle the mixture while it's setting.

1 kgfull cream milk (I used ghr ka dudh) (boiled)
1/2 tspyoghurt
1/2 tspsugar
1-2green chillies (it makes thick and quick yoghurt)

Firstly heat the milk in a pan until warm (according to weather)

Now pour in a mud pot and add sugar and yoghurt mix well (to avoid sourness)

Now add green chilli mix it and cover it

In march we have pleasant weather but I wanted to set it quickly so I put this pot in my microwave for 4-6 hours.
