Steps

Grind coriander leaves, mint leaves n green chillies to a fine paste. Add salt, panipuri masala and lemon juice.

Add enough water n mix everything well.

Heat some oil n add cumin seeds, mustard seeds n curry leaves for tempering. Add ginger garlic paste.

Add green chillies and potatoes n mix well. Add green peas too.

Add salt, Gujarati masala n turmeric powder. Coriander leaves and some water. Mix everything well. The filling is ready.

Enjoy the yummiest puri with hot filling of potato n peas n tangy panipuri water
