Arrange the sliced sausage on a slice of bread. Create a barrier so that the egg won't come out.

Crack an egg open onto the bread.

Top with mayonnaise and spices.

Broil in an oven or toaster oven. Top with salad greens to taste.

I'm so happy that the wonderful user "mielle" made this recipe! By baking at 200°C for 10 minutes, the egg is soft-set! Delicious!

User "donbantan" has a toaster oven with adjustable temperature. They toasted them at 140-150°C for 10 minutes, then at 200°C for 5 minutes.
