This is a recipe using teriyaki sauce.
When you use atsuage (thick deep fried tofu), it's easier because you don't need to drain it. For 2 servings. Recipe by meg526
Steps

Mix all the ○ ingredients and make the sauce.

Drain the tofu, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Coat with katakuriko.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, and fry the tofu.
- 4
When all sides are fried, swirl in the Step 1 sauce, and simmer.
- 5
When the sauce starts to boil, turn off the heat. Coat the tofu with the sauce, and you're all done.
