Steps
- 1
I used the kuromame from. You can use store bought ones too.
- 2
Preparation: Let the egg reach room temperature, and melt the butter in the microwave. Sift the flour and set it aside. Preheat your oven to 335℉ (170℃).
- 3
Add in the egg and sugar and mix with a whisk or a hand mixer until it's light-colored and thick. (It should be about 2-3 times larger.)
- 4
Now sift in the flour and the almond flour. Mix until it is no longer floury.
- 5
Add in the melted butter.
- 6
Fill the ramekins about 1/3 full of batter. Scatter the beans on top. If you are using toppings, then leave a little more space.
- 7
Top off the ramekins with the rest of the batter. You can top with more beans if you would like.
- 8
Bake for about 25 minutes in the oven preheated to 170°C (335°F) and they are done. Since the power of each oven varies, bake them for 20 minutes and then keep and eye on them until they are done.
