For pani
Grind together mint leaves,green chillies, ginger and whole Jeera in smooth paste. remove in big pot add lemon juice and about one litre water and black salt add salt as per your taste of you want more spicy you can add red chilli keep in fridge. - 2
For sweet chutney
Mash tamarind remove seed if any.strainput tamarind water in pan add Jaggery cook on slow flame. Cook till jaggery melt. remove from fire let it cool.
For stuffing. Mash boiled potato add salt, red chilli powder,chat masala powder coriander leaves mix now add soaked boondi mix. - 3
In one bowl put water,in another put stuffing,in another bowl put chutney serve with puri. enjoy.
