It's tender the meat and give texture to the recipe. So here I am using as a basic ingredient in the recipe of "Dhuaan Dahi Gosht"

Yogurt is an amazing ingredient , heathy and beneficial. Yogurt make the recipe delicious, healthy and creamy.
It's tender the meat and give texture to the recipe. So here I am using as a basic ingredient in the recipe of "Dhuaan Dahi Gosht"
Steps

Take a wok put oil and heat it up. Then add ginger garlic paste and mutton. Fry the Mutton till changes its colour.

Now add sliced onions with 2 cups of water and salt, cover and cook until tenders the meat.

In other bowl mix fried crushed onions, red chilli powder, Turmeric powder, coriander powder, sliced tomatoes in the yogurt mix well.

When the meat tender about 85% then add the yogurt mixture into meat and cook by cover it.

When the oil oozes out then add at medium high flame bhoonify the meat and add crushed red chilli.

At last add Green chillies and fresh coriander and smoke with the burnt piece of Coal.

Dhuaan Dahi Gosht is ready to serve with Garma garam naan and Enjoy!
