Chop all the vegetables finely.

Now in a mixer add coriander, ginger, garlic and salt as per taste to prepare a chutney.

Now in a bowl take the emli and fill the bowl with water and leave it for 10-15 minutes.

Then add sugar in it heat it for 10 minutes on low flame. And strain it in a bowl.

Now take the puffed rice that is kurmura. And add onions and tomatoes that.

Now add the coriander chutney and the emli chutney. And saute and mix them well.

Now take the peanuts, chana, sev and mix them well.

Now add some salt and mix it well. And your bhel is ready to serve.
