Steps

Take a bread slice and roll slightly using rolling pin. Using a katori, cut into round shape. Likewise cut all the breads into round shape.

Spread butter, schezwan sauce and tomato ketchup on the top. Sprinkle a pinch of chilli flakes and oregano. Top with the vegetables.

Grate cheese and roast on low flame using butter. Cover and roast for 2-3 minutes till the cheese melts.

Lastly sprinkle some more oregano and serve hot.
