Keep all the ingredients ready. Dry roast puffed rice if they are not crispy. Finely chop onion, tomato, coriander leaves.

In a wide bowl take onion, tomato, grated carrot. Add chili powder, chaat masala and black salt.

Crush some papdis and add it to the bowl along with masala peanuts. Add in tamarind chutney, green chutney and squeeze lemon. Mix everything well.

Add in puffed rice, 2 tbsp sev, chopped coriander leaves. Quickly stir without turning puffed rice soggy.

Transfer bhel puri to serving plate. Garnish with sev and coriander leaves. Serve immediately
