Ingredients

  • 1 CupVeggies- carrot,beans cabbage
  • As per taste salt
  • as per taste Chilli sauce, tomato sauce, soya sauce
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • as required Ginger, garlic

  • 1capsicum,onion

  • 1/2 tspvinegar
  • as per needFor soft dough-maida,as needed water

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan. Saute veggies in it.Add shredded cabbage, capsicum, onion, carrot, beans.Now saute until they get chrunchy.

    Then pour vinegar and Add salt, saoya sauce.Turn off the stove.

  3. 3

    For make rolls- make a dough of flour(maida).Make roti shape now make 3 rotis of same size.Paste them altogether with the help of flour and water.

  4. 4

    Now keep them on tawa/pan for few minutes. Now keep them separate.Start to put veggies filling inside them.Now make their rolls and paste their corners with water and flour.

  5. 5

    Now fry them in a pan on medium flame.Now serve it. cruncy spring roll.
