Omurice with a Soft & Fluffy Filing

I really wanted to eat the soft and fluffy omurice I always see on TV!
When heating the egg, try to time the cooking and mixing well. It's best if left creamy and soft-cooked. Top with ketchup if you like. Recipe by Natsukisumi-

Steps
- 1
Mix together the eggs, milk, and mayonnaise.
- 2
Slightly heat a frying pan and evenly apply butter. If the frying pan is too hot, the butter will burn.
- 3
Reduce the heat to low, and pour in the ingredients from Step 1.
- 4
Cook as-is for about 40 seconds. Once the edges have begun to cook, use chopsticks to mix in a circular motion, from the outside going in.
- 5
Stop mixing before it cooks and while it's still creamy. Let it sit for 10-20 seconds.
- 6
Stop the heat, and fold the top and bottom edges in towards the center. Place on top of the ketchup rice.
- 7
When you stick your fork into the center of the omurice, the delicious contents will come oozing out.

Maybe for kids a hint of salt would help too.
