Marinate mutton with 2tbs ginger garlic paste and 1 onion paste.add little water and cook this almost cooked, (1 whistle in cooker)

Till mutton is cooking, make masala by grinding, ginger garlic green chilli, kotmir,onion together. Grind curd cashew together.

Heat oil and shallow fry the cooked mutton pieces.get golden color on both side,add long, elachi, green Chilli,keep aside fried mutton,cook masala with curd in oil,add Kasuri methi when masala leaves oil, add mutton pieces cook again add cream.
