  • 1 tspjeera( cumin) powder
  • as neededOil for fry
  • 3 cupsatta/ wheat flour

    I microwaved potato for 5 minutes

    Now peel the potatoes and mix onion and all other ingredients

    Now from the stuffed potato prepare parathas

    Heat a tawa with oil and fry parathas
