Slice the aburaage into bite-sized pieces. Mince the leek, and mix together with the seasoning ingredients marked ★.

Heat a frying pan and bake the aburaage until brown on both sides (you don't need to use any oil).

Coat the surface of the browned aburaage with the ★ seasonings mixture, top with cheese, and bake in the toaster oven for 3-4 minutes.

It's done when the cheese has melted.
