Ingredients

1 cupoat milk
1 tspturmeric
1/2 tspcinnamon
1/2 tspginger
1-2 tspmaple syrup

Put the milk and spices in a pan and slowly to the boil, stirring frequently.

Take off heat, add maple syrup and pour into your favourite mug.

Enjoy!

Note: you can do this in the microwave by flinging everything in together, but the stirring makes it less grainy.
