Boil water in a container

Add palak
Turn off stove & close for 3 mins - 3
Now take palak & allow it to cool. In a jar add blanched palak, ginger, green chilli & blend as paste

In a bowl add 2 cups wheat flour, salt, ajwain, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, 2 spoon oil & palak paste

Make it as a dough, if requires add the water left out of blanching

Grease the dough with oil & close it for 30 mins

After 30 mins, make small balls & knead it

Fry in very hot hot oil & Palak poori is ready
