Pasando/parcho ko wash kar ke pani strain kar lein phir dahi m sary masaly dal kar gosht ko marinate krny ke liye 3 ghanty ya over night rakh dein

Oil garam kar ke pyaz golden brown krein or adrak lehsan paste dal ke soute krlein

Phir pasandy dal kar pkny rakh dein cooker m 15mins m gosht gal jata hai

Jab gosht gal jye tu extra pani dry kar lein or oil oper ajye tu pasandy ready hein

Hara dhaniya green chilli or adak sy garnish kar ke garam garam roti ke sath surve krein
