Steps

Firstly heat a cooker add 2tsp mustard oil saute the peas and potatoes until golden brown then keep aside

In a same oil add onion tomatoes, ginger garlic paste and salt as per taste and masalas

Cook for 20min then add peas,potatoes and add 3cup water
- 4
When 1whistle came Sim the gas then after 10mins turn off the gas
