  • 2 cupsflour
  • 1 teaspoonyeast
  • Pinchsalt
  • 10tblspn sugar

    Mix flour,sugar,pinch of salt,yeast and water to form a sticky batter not to thick not too watery,allow the batter to rest for an hour. Fry in oil on a low heat
