In a bowl take radish, add salt, mix and keep rest for 10-15mint.squeeze the excess water and transfer radish in another bowl. To the radish water, add wheat flour, salt, oil and add some water and knead a stiff dough. Cover with a muslin/ soft wet cloth for set 15 mint.

To make stuffing.In radish bowl add carom seed, chopped coriander, green chili, salt, red chili powder, mix well. Divided dough into equal portion. Roll it and take stuffing in the center and seal the edge and lightly roll out into thick paratha.

Heat the tawa. Place the prepared paratha on it. Roast with ghee/oil and till evenly done from both sides. Serve it hot with favourite Tea/chutney/pickles.
